It has to be a typo on the speed.. 138MPH is max speed LSA...1320 is max weight LSA. My 2006 2000 is rated at 138mph at 1230 lbs..in the USA

Thanks Paul,

Seems that there are two rivets in the middle and 6-8 rivets around the outside edge. So the all the outside edge rivets would need to be drilled out?
