Hello Ben - As another emailer has told you, the entire 801 operation has moved to Canada and is under direct control of Mathieu Heintz. Good luck with customer service -- it is as cold as Canada.

Find a store dealing with selling welding equipment and supplies. They have everything you need. Welding cable is more flexible but can carry the load easily.

Yes- Take a normal rubber grommet, cut a slice clear through one edge with an razor blade creating your slit. Install the grommet and rotate it so the slit is either straight up, or 180 degrees away ... |
