I remember you posting this about 4 years ago. Are you still making these skis or can you? I have a friend with a Zenith CH750 that he wants to put on wheels-thru skis.

I used the Permatex 9AR and I am having to redo all the fittings. One at a time they each let go. I am using Pro Seal and it works well. I do use 100 LL so it may make a difference.

There is an interesting article in the January EAA Sport Aviation Magazine on TBO and how the airlines have gotten away from this as a basis for maintenance based on statistical data.

OK. Attached is the wiring diagram for the PM1000II w/o crew PN 11922. Are we talking about the music input? It may mute when I scream when the alarm goes off but that might not be all that bad!

There is no aux input on the PM 1000. Do you mean the expansion unit input? Apparently the signal coming from the Dynon is not a sound, but just a signal that needs some magic to turn it into sound?

If the Model II air vents you are talking about are NACA style vents, then check vansaircraft.com (the RV site). They have vent systems and parts there that should work great.
