I used the Permatex 9AR and I am having to redo all the fittings. One at a time they each let go. I am using Pro Seal and it works well. I do use 100 LL so it may make a difference.

There is no aux input on the PM 1000. Do you mean the expansion unit input? Apparently the signal coming from the Dynon is not a sound, but just a signal that needs some magic to turn it into sound?

If the Model II air vents you are talking about are NACA style vents, then check vansaircraft.com (the RV site). They have vent systems and parts there that should work great.

I just wish everyone was posting these "neat" pictures the correct way so that those unfortunate souls like me that only get the digest version, could see the pictures also.
