I'd say don't use any thing that spins or rotates. Just a "jitterbug"
vibrating type. I used a DeWalt 1/4 sheet (square)sander. I've seen 1/2

Nylo-seal is the best fit for the cable.
I attached to baggage bay ribs with adel clamps.Then thru the balance
weight plywood reduxed. Same for thru the sternpost and side of fuse.

peel ply for the first layer of the layup. Then when cured the layup
