I think the only reason you were able to certify as ELSA was because you had registered with the FAA and obtained your N number before the Jan. 31, 2008 deadline. I don't know ...

So back to my original question, does about 13 degrees of pitch sound about right to be getting 5,000-5,100 RPM static at WOT? Or is my Tach. giving me incorrect readings.

Sorry about that. I should have included that critical measurement. The pitch angle measurements were all taken on the back of the prop blade at 25.5" from the prop hub center.
