J., you might want to replace the plug wire for that particular cylinder. Cheap elimination.

Google acrylic glue and you’ll see a good selection of inexpensive products (averse the Aircraft Spruce options).
Most are locally available at hardware stores ...

  You stated you changed the rotor, cap, etc. Did you change, or does it even have, a capacitor? I have had big problems on smaller engines in the past because of a faulty capacitor.
