Yep, found some play in my 55M aileron. I changed out my bushings 10 years ago but at 500hrs the play has resurfaced. Anyone have the press in bushings for the Yak 55M aileron hinge?

Yes. Very common in High humidity environments. Especially during cross country. Make sure your aircraft is configured for the condition of flight you plan to encounter.

Gentlemen,

The problem was primarily an over voltage situation that was stressing the two small 7AH batteries, oboard the aircraft, causing an over current situation to the batteries.

I have used bio-diesel as well however, the unburnt portion that remains on the aircraft acts as a great paint stripper.

Diesel will smoke because there is very little O2 in the exhaust. ...
