Here is the DXF for the front IP. I had a flat sheet cut out and placed it over the old IP.
Made it myself, so its not perfect, but free to share. Hope its useful.

Yes, you do reuse nuts&washers which are in the old membrane. You need a new cotter pin.

The membrane also seals the carb cover. Its a flat piece of rubber with cotton net inside.

Adapters are 75€ here in Germany, but with shipping and maybe your taxes not cheaper.

I got a David Clark One-X. Light, very comfortable and excellent noise reduction. The switch box is also small enough. Noise reduction is very good in a Yak.

Thats a standard paintball regulator.
Nothing fancy, std in any paintball store. Also the bottle and hose.
