Regarding the failure I read about, yes it was on a rigid tube, and I believe the tubing failed...the mode of failure would be similar to what you could expect with a fe ...

Thanks for the info. I found the Panel and annunciator on Ebay and bought it for just over $200 total...I'm going to set it up on the bench and trip some circuits and see how I like it...Thanks,
