I'm pretty sure the install instructions I had for the Hartzel Governor said to use a release agent - and NOT to do it dry. I believe they specify dow DC-4 compound. |

A couple of things come to mind as I am working through this same issue.
The EarthX 36 is LOWER reserve/usable capacity than the PC925. They do not recommend this as a swap for the 925.

I added in a small door to each wheel pant. Just took a hole saw and then built up a fiberglass flange and some nutplates. Each enough to do and free.

Call Vans and tell them you need the Plane Power Alternator Adapter Spacer kit. Its not listed in the parts catalog but the tech guys will know what you need for the RV10. |

You twist both front ends the same way, as shown in Figure 2. You are essentially twisting the longeron UP so that it transitions to the firewall weldaments later on. |

All my FWF Steel fittings are uncoated. There are some that are black coated - these appear to be from the racing world and are acceptable in experimental. |
