We had the same problem, 15.5 volts with the engine running, 14 volts with the engine off. Turned out it was the meter. If you haven't already, try another meter. Read at the battery with the engine ... |

My 912 did not come with a black plastic cover to go over the rear end of the engine. Has anyone added one of these to their 912? Is there any reason not to use one to keep dirt out, etc?
