I have a Iphone and foreflight. I love the app on the Iphone, but the best is the foreflight on the Ipad.
One foreflight subscription works for both devices. |

there should be 5 holes under the bracket. The holes you are drilling will get
screws to hold the door frame. The rivets in the post angle should all be in
at this point |

the cs-4 rivets will not damage the composite top and are used in shear between the two aluminum layers. If you use solid rivets you will damage the epoxy / glass as the rivet expands.

For what it is worth. I painted the inside of the cowl with the same epoxy primer I am using for the outside of the plane. Dupont Colar expoy, seems to be tough as nails.

40271 - soon to be 410EG goes to paint this week. All parts have been fit in the shop. Seats are in the engine cranks and the pannel is a no smoking zone.
Final assembly in 2 -3 weeks. |

Check with Vans. My FAB came with drilled bolts straight from Vans. The bolts are specifically noted as needing to be safety wired. |

Be glad the plans show it now. My plans did not and I had to redo the rivets when fitting the landing gear brackets.
Make sure the rivet is flush with the bulkhead, otherwise the bracket will not ... |
