I agree the Pure One is a really good filter. Available at Advanced auto Parts.

They have a full time technician that is there all the time so I don't think that is the reason that they are not answering.

I have a 601 HDS and live in the mountains . I can tell you that the HDS gets bounced around a lot and find it hard to believe that you would gain anything by changing wings.

In cruise @5200 RPM the voltmeter indicates about 13.5 to 14.0.

If I load the system down, lights, radio,and strobes the amp meter will go from 20 amps to about 10 amps.

I have a Rotax 912 and it is overcharging. I can't find anything in the manuals of how to check if it is a bad regulator. If it is charging does that mean it is a bad regulator?

Sounds like the static port hose is loose or broken. This will cause a increase in airspeed indication. Seen it happen more then once.
