i lost one side of my dual egt gaugegs yesterday. i tested the probes and got the exspected 3 ohms from each probe. anybody have hints on testing the actual gauge?

On the inboard rear of the tank. Have one on each side. Never could get them calibrated. I would look at a mechanical top mounted float sender.

you might also try using the MATCO optional 25 degree 'release' bars vs the standard 45 degree 'release' bars.

If you do not want to run a pressure regulator then run your electric pumps in parallel and just use it during T/O, LANDING, and OVER HAZARD AREAs. THOUGHTS ?????

Also suggest you upgrade the MATCO tailwheel with grease inserts and get the 25degree wheel lock release parts. Also Makes the KF ground handle like a real airplane.
