If turbo not kicking in, the manifold pressure only goes up to about 27 inches and rpm to about 5000. Usual boosted pressure 40 inches

I get 5800 with Air master controlled prop. I cut back to 5500 once couple hundred feet in the air. The max rpm set in the prop hub.

Never in twelve years found water in Europa, 100LL or Mogas. Did find water in 182 after it left out in rain with original cap not tight. Went to Monarch caps and no further water but I still check ...

Had same experience and vaguely recall that the CS unit was reprogramed and returned. Was done here in states. Have also had wire break going to the prop motor and it stayed at same rpm ..no problem ...

Will add my two bits to the discussion. Have been using Airmaster prop with three blade warp drive for 550 hours. No sig problems and was able to replace one blade without difficulty when one blade ...

Had the same thing happen to me but I did not have mod 51. The tunnel looked like yours too. I had to replace the prop blades but did not do anything to the rotax. Maybe should have but all is well ...
