I have a B gearbox now. It was mentioned above that I'd be happier with a C gearbox. Could you elaborate?

Well this definitely has flaps. Thanks its exactly the type of information I was looking for. Are the specs for early Mk III's similar to current models? Gross weight, cruise speed, Vne etc?
