Higher than normal, probably 80+ mph. Initially pitched down like
normal when pulling flaperons, this I compensated with elevator and
trim but then the elevator just went away, and the nose pitched ... |

I use 11 degrees a lot for landing, the plane handles great, plus I get a better
over the nose view on final and still have no problems flaring for landing even

I bought a sheet of gasket material at the auto parts and cut my own. So
far 5+ years with no leaks, and enough material left for a bunch more.

Whichever tank has the header vent line run to it, will feed faster. It is
just hydraulic head pressure which causes it, and unless you vent to both
tanks there will always be a difference.

Oops, mistake.
Correction, actually 2200 rpm, is more like around 105, which is my normal
setting for not being in a hurry.
2400 rpm is my 120 cruise setting.

I squirt them with spray on goof off, wait a couple minutes and they peel
right off with no effort. It absorbs right through the label and melts the glue.

'How to fly a Kitfox' has absolutely no relevance for flying my Series 5
with IO-240B, I think it only applies to lightweight engine planes.
