The 914 is rated at 115 to start
on rotax 914 115 HP is peak power (not continuous , only allowed for 5 minutes under some other restriction).
100 HP is max sustainable continuous power. |

How bad was the over speed? With prop or without? How long? Do all of the engine temps and pressures look good and do you have all the read outs? (EGT, CHT ect...)
