No problem to install the cables after the fuselage is finished as long as you fit through the fuse bottom opening Wink

if your side skin is aligned with the fuse floor aft of the gear channel and you have the gear channel level and firewall at the required angle (77deg) you should end up perfectly aligned. It' ...
