At Charlie's suggestion, I used the NAS1473 sealed nutplates and used o-ring
screws as well just for kicks. I got the screws from McMaster but had a

Ed,
The McMaster part number is 90825A816 for an 8-32x1/2" o-ring screw. Please
note that these have silicon o-rings that must be replaced with viton
o-rings for fuel resistance.
