Tim,
Bob Nuckolls shows how to make your own flap switch handle.In the 2nd picture he mentions aluminum but I think he meant a type of plastic for the handle.

I asked Roger at Zenith the same question.He said the left aileron with the trim tab is heavier and will require more weights so they included 2 longer bolts(An3-37A).The right side (lighter ... |
