I asked Termikas about that and they answered that , as experimental and annex II aircraft , the yak 52 have not any noise certificate.

Only EASA full CofA aircrafts seem having such ...

If you fly In France with a yak52 Golf Registred you should have a permit to fly fro the dgac .
If you didn't have trouble it is just because the Gendarmerie is not aware about that!

You're right Mark...but I would like to improve the aerobatic capability....Yak 50 would be wonderfull as collection aircraft for sure...but perhaps less efficient than yak 55 for aerobatics...Am ...
