When in flight, my top stop plate will always rub on the shelf. I guess you are saying I should make spacers to provide clearance? I never thought of a spacer but that would solve the problem.

The round stop plate doesn't sit flat on the shelf. It seems like this is going to cause issues keeping the rudder centered.
What has everyone done to resolve this? |

My guess is an overloaded e bus. When you cranked, the voltage dropped and the amps of everything went up. watts = volts x amps.
If the battery voltage dropped 20% during cranking, then the ampera ... |

huh? exactly what is your concern. The gauges appear to be acting the same to me. Besides, you are hand cranking the prop and the speed of the oil pump gear is fluctuating as you spin the prop.

I'm not sure what angle you are referring to... when looking at the gear from the wing tip, the axle is nearer the straight (flat) edge of the gear. If you flip the gear around, the axle moves forward ... |
