601 Plans-builders:



I have been unable to find a source for the canopy

latches for my 601 canopy frame.  



If anybody has a source and part number I'd really

appreciate it.

Scott, those can be sourced from Spaenaur in Kitchener Ontario (it's  

where I got mine after looking all over the place including McMaster)

The part number is 099-324 and 099-325 (right and left sides)

If I remember correctly I cut off the latch and welded a new once in  

the correct position

I purchased my latches from Zenith, but they can be possibly purchased 

from the company below.

Also, if you're going to use the same latches, welded to the frame, you 

want to be cautious about welding in proximity to springs in the mechanism.

I welded short segments and used a hose to dampen and protect the springs.

SPAE-NAUR company, Toronto. They can be purchased from the Windsor
