Does anyone have a POH for a 52W? When I bought the plane in January, it did not have one. I don't wanna get ramp checked this summer and not have one in the plane. A PDF of a Word document file would be fine, I can print and bind it here.

I already have found a regular 52 and a 52TW POH but neither are correct for the 52W. I'd like to have the right one, just in case....

Get in contact with me at craig(at)ustek.com (craig(at)ustek.com) Thanks in advance!

Correct me if i'm wrong but i don't believe you need a POH for an experimental aircraft.

From what I have read and been told by the EAA, you need everything just

You need the following in the A/C at all times:
POH
Program Letter
Operation Limitations
Registration
Map defining your 300 nm operation limits from you home base.

Did I miss anything?

Scooter,
I had to have one for mine. The DAR asked for it right off the bat when he
started to do my AW inspection.
Dennis Savarese if the RPA FAA liaison maybe he can shed more light on this.
I know for my spam can, I have to have the POH in the aircraft and readily
accessible to the pilot.

Here's what the EAA has said (ARROW - see below) - Note the "FAA Approved" terminology. Technically if there is no approved POH I could write one up on the back of an envelope and keep it in the aircraft. Who's to say it isn't the real deal?
A - Airworthiness Certificate. In the case of an experimental aircraft, this requirement includes not only the certificate itself, but also the operating limitations document that was issued along with (and as a part of) the airworthiness certificate.

R - Registration. This refers to the FAA registration card (FAA Form 8050-3).

R - Radio Station License. This is no longer required for domestic U.S. operations. However, if you plan to fly across international borders, you must have one.

O - Operating Limitations. This includes not only an FAA approved Pilot Operating Handbook (if there is one for your aircraft) but also any other required documents, markings, and/or placards specified in the aircraft's type certificate. In the case of an experimental aircraft, this is another reference to the operating limitations document that was issued along with the airworthiness certificate, along with any placards or markings required by the FARs.

W - Weight and Balance. A copy of the most current weight and balance info, including empty weight center of gravity (CG), fore and aft CG limits, and arms for all loading points (seats, fuel, baggage, etc.).

Scooter,
All is correct. In addition though, the FAA requires us to carry a copy of
our annual program letter and any updates made to it during the calendar
year. In other words, "don't leave home without it."

I knew I was missing something!
Also FAA Advisor Circular AC 90-89A ameture built aircraft and ultralight
flight testing handbook will tell you everything you should have documented
for your experimental aircraft or ultralight.

If you want a small handbook size to carry in the YAK you can find one at http://home.earthlink.net/~yak52driver/52booklet.doc

Just downloaded it. Had to feed the printer one page at a time to get copied on both sides.
