Hi,



A number of years ago I was flying my CJ with both canopies open with a

GIB.  We did several loops.  Coming out of the bottom of the last one,

the rear canopy "departed" the aircraft.  Lots of wind, noise and one

very surprised passenger.  But fortunately no damage.  The exit speed is

around 260 - 265 KPH.  My puke screen had been removed which may have

prevented the canopy loss had it been installed.  I would not recommend

flying with both canopies open at any speed above 250 KPH based on this

experience.
