No, not the one that shows IFR flight progress; this is what you can do with a tiny Ressee-Cup sized GPS, a tracker interface, and a VHF ham radio walkie talkie (and a license for same, naturally):
http://aprs.he.fi/?call=n4dln&mt=m&z=9&timerange=43200
The map shows a flight I took Weds morning and a hike I took the same afternoon, and erroneously connects them together into one flight path. It will only be displayable for 24 hours after the trip, but there are other sites with less detailed maps that will recall my same journey up to 30 days later. Click on individual data points to see course, speed and altitude telemetry data. Not sure why a few of the flight waypoints show unrealistically slow speeds, but the cheapie 58 dollar GPS might be fooled by s-turns as it calculates speed. The waypoints logged from my Peaks of Otter hike are consistent with walking and driving speeds. Note that on the ground in mountainous terrain, my beacon was only detected 4 or 5 times in 3 hours, but in the air, nearly every ping (approx 90 second spacing) got picked up by the digipeater network and relayed to the internet. This occurs in real time, so flight tracking by family and friends is very feasible. I wanted to have this on our Yellowstone trip, but was delayed by shortages on the supplier's end.
Cool, huh? Check it out before about 1030 AM today or the waypoints will begin disappearing into the 24 hour time limit and you'll be left saying Huh? I don't see anything...

Stormy, that is really neat but don't mention it to Carmen. She already keeps tabs on me, I just don't want it to be too easy. Regards, John.
