That prop looks really mean Bob ! very much like the Rospeller.  Should

really grab hold of the air mate.  Can't wait to hear your comments

about the performance of your new set-up as opposed to the old one so

hurry up and get those mods finished.

The aircraft looks great, hope you get enough cooling from that cowl design

in all this hot weather you seem to be having. You obviously didn’t take

global warming into account in your calculations

Me too! But I'm used to controlling heat problems ! The ducting entrance

is a splash from Ivor Phillips who has copied Peter Kembers Mod. So it's

origin is at the  top  G-TOPK !



Hope you are enjoying Britsh Columbia. WE did the Inside Passage ferry

cruise Port Hardy to Prince Rupert and saw some Pacific sunsets. Went

past Bella Bella a remote fishing town without any roads to it across

the wilderness, then travelled up the Skeena Valley to Jasper over the

glacier ice fields (I think only discovered early 1900's ) and the

Athabaska falls onwards to Lake Louise and Banff. Saw the Indians

spearing salmon, thought they were clever until I realised they never

missed .......because there were so damn many they couldn't! Our trip

also encompassed Penticton and Hells Gate ! Fabulous country and views,

we are so jealous. Have a great time.
