My 601XL for your 701?

Several years ago we moved from the airpark to this  place in the country. We now have a 1200 ft. grass strip, and would like to use  it. I am not confident that the 601XL is the bird for this strip, even tho it  might work. Issues with 100 ft tall trees, chicken-hearted pilot,  etc.

  

 The 601 is complete to fishing the canopy, built  from Zenith Kit...equipped with Jabiru 3300 SN 299...Needs systems  installation...i.e.,about 50% done.

  

 Is there anyone out there with the opposite  situation, who might rather have a 601XL than his 701?

  

 If so, we should talk.
