Today I had my airworthiness inspection. Everything was in working order
and passed the DAR's inspection.

Signed my name nine times and was handed my little airworthiness card with a
4 page instruction of do's and don't.

No flying limitations. Only cost $500.00. He was doing 3 today. Guess
they can drive a Corvette.

Thanks to everyone who answered my questions on and off the Kolb List.

Did you need a three view line drawing of your plane, if so where did you
get it and how can I get one?

Larry, the spec says a three view drawing or a picture of the aircraft. My DAR accepted a picture of my trike without batting an eye.

Yes..My illustrated construction book had one.. I took it to a large copy
machine and reduced the size of it to a 8 x 11 size. This was a Firefly. I
can fax or e-mail to you. Fax would be easier.

I used the 3D drawing that came with the plans and I never got questions about it but You never know with the FAA I think the inspections vary from one another even with the same inspector as I have seen being involved with 7 different planes this year
The same inspector didnt have a problem with my 3D drawing but told another guy he should have pics of his plane with his N-Number in them I didnt

Kolbers and Kolbettes:
I sent a copy of the FS II document that I used to Matt for posting on Photoshare. (Beauford had given me a copy from a brochure, I think.)

For those who can't wait, you can see it/download it by going to:

http://kolbplanes.home.comcast.net/FSII_3_View_bw.jpg

and if you have trouble handling that, send me an email, off list, and I will email you a copy. (Apprx 200K in size.)
