Has anyone checked to see if your engine has sagged any sense installation? I am about to fit my cowl and would like to compensate for any if its prevalent.

Tex:
I asked that exact question at Arion today. They install the engine with no shims and then if for some reason, it sags, shim it accordingly. Fit the cowl for a straight install, no shims. I installed my engine with no shims, but allowed for a tiny bit of sag.

Fit the cowl with no shims ...the rubber moutns settle in after 35-40 or so and you may have to put a shim under the bottom mounts to compensate...but do not do this to start as it will initially change the thrust line and if the cowl is fit to that it will not fit later.
