How are most folks finishing off their bright aluminum panels? Is there an adhesive that is applied or is it painted? I would think black would be a good color. My original instrument panel has a leather type material that is black in color applied to the panel.

I recomend black anodizing after its finished as long as you have a local
shop that does that.
