It reduces the chance for hurricanes but it has to be sprayed from planes 

from 1 hour to 3 hours in the center of where the hurricane is forming.

It's what keeps my 447 running carbon free with the help of synthetic oil. Good stuff.



I give it the Seafoam treatment every 25 hours or so.
