Thanks to Roger Lloyd and Adrian Lloyd – who has the special pliers required for my problem – my wing pip pins are now out; many thanks to everyone else who replied.
For Bob Gowing in Oz – I did Mod 73 for 4 pairs of tailplanes; all four pairs were able to re-use their existing pip pins, although I did advise one owner to buy a longer pair.
