This tail is removable but no gap! No tape! More magic!

Kind of like this huh?
I really wonder how the wing version of this will fair against the normal
wing butt end with tape? I mean, which one will be more slippery?
I would tend to think the good fashioned way with tape would be? Nothing
sticking up in the airflow.

I saw Jim's response to this and a picture from him that showed a horizontal
tail upper skin modified to over-lie the tail root.
But is this the same has what Nick has done here?
Come on Pete - don't hold out on us!

The picture jim had was of a customers aircraft we built here and he wante
dhte tails to come off if needed.so we did the same thing to ours...still
looks great but allows removal if needed ..

What about the wings Nick? Pete also posted a picture of the wings with no
