Dave Nixon: I have mentioned this before, but we had very good luck with
Crazy Glue/Super Glue (some sort of cyanoacrylate derivative) for gluing
smooth rubber seal strip to our lucite/perspex (some sort of methyl
methacrylate derivative) canopy edge. Use very little of the watery Crazy
Glue in the rubber channel, spread it with a little paint brush, and push
on the rubber onto the lucite. After a few seconds, you can't move it
further. It sticks like magic! Work your way along the canopy edge in
8-12 inch bits. Don't get excess glue onto the lucite. Most important:
practice a bit on something that doesn't matter. The strips around our
canopy edge haven't budged at all in 5 years - temperatures -30 to +100
degrees. DO NOT ARCHIVE.

Several people have also used Poly-Zap with success. You can get it at
a good hobby shop.
