I was wondering if anyone has some spare aluminum sheet and would be
willing to make a panel for me for a reasonable fee? I still need to
acquire a few parts before I am sure on all the dimensions but attached
is an image of what I need. I will of course fill in all the dimensions
when I have the design finished in a few weeks. I am looking for
something that is between 1/16" and 1/8" thick.

Chris,
Try Front Panel Express http://www.frontpanelexpress.com/. They have
made several panels for my RV7 and they came out well and the price was
reasonable. They have a S/W package that you may use for the layout and then
get a quote and place an order with a few key strokes.
