Ken- I can see how that arrangement would give you a good stable base platform to experiment with various style tips. Keep us all posted.

Correct me if I am wrong .   

   But--the only function for  wing tips is to mitigate draggy vortices....?  There fore , aren't we dealing with on large Vortex generator/de -generator ?  Herb
