Swapped props instead and still had the same issues.

You did confirm that your engine has a slipper-clutch, right?

There was no question Guy about mine having a slipper clutch. It was installed after 50 hours on the clock.

Have you thoroughly inspected the engine mount? Any looseness or crack at any point in the engine mount could allow a small normal vibration amplify itself. This would be an urgent safety issue too.
