Kolb people,



  After quite a bit of planning and finally selling my Cessna 172, I am able to proceed as scheduled to head to Missouri to begin construction on my hangar/shop.



  I purchased property near Lake of the Ozarks last winter.  3 arce parcel 1/4 mile from the local airport.  I've been a contractor for over 30 years, and will build "one last time".  First the shop/hangar for all the household stuff & airplanes, and then I'll build the house.



  Although my wife doesn't see the need for it, I am carting my Kolb MkIII with me!!  I plan on spending every hour working on the MkIII that I'm not busy working on the shop.  I'm not exactly "moving" just yet, only building the shop first.



  I've loaded the MkIII on a trailer, along with all my shop tools, and most of my construction tools.  The plan is to leave this Sunday early in the morning, in my fully loaded F450 flat bed, pulling the trailer (Kolb).  I may need a co-signer for the diesel purchases. 



  There were several guys I was corresponding with about my upcoming venture.  If you guys are in the area (Lake of the Ozarks), stop by and say "Howdy".  



  I MAY not have much internet access for quite awhile........???

I'm (almost) right behind you, Mike.  Got my downtown commercial

building and a single family house both sold and closed this morning.  My

acreage is listed (anyone want a 4000' custom house with hangar and runway

on 40 acres in Nebraska?) and have been searching LOTO for a business to

start or buy.  Sent in an app for Camdenton Schools as well.  Ideally I'll

be rehabbing lake front houses there instead.

	You're welcome to stop here if the need arises and it's on the way.
