Anyone have pictures of how they covered up the straps on the outside of the fuselage for the BRS
Thank you,

Here are some pictures I took of an AMD 601XL BRS install: http://picasaweb.google.com/Patrick.Hoyt/AMD601XLBRS
I called BRS on Friday. When I spoke with the guy, he asked if I was going to install it like in the AMD 601XL's. Evidently there are different parts involved, depending on if you do the "Zenith XL" vs the "AMD XL" installations. He said the AMD type was "well engineered and really nice".
An AMD-type BRS installation is my intent, so he told me to call AMD and get their "BRS Installation Kit", and he gave me a phone number.
So I called AMD. They said, "we won't sell anything to the homebuilt market.".
So I called Zenith. They said they are working on something similar, and requested that I send an email follow-up to our phone conversation, which I did, but have not heard back (granted that it's Sunday as I type this so I'll be patient).
From my conversation, it sounds like Zenith is working on something similar to the AMD BRS install (my fuselage did ship with AMD style brackets), but it also sounds like it's a ways off. The person who I spoke with was not the person working on the BRS install.
In any case, I think I'll call BRS back tomorrow and order the AMD type BRS, knowing that there are already XL's in the air using that method, and knowing that Zenith is working on it (and that the brackets are already installed in my fuselage).
Here are pictures of my brackets, and some thoughts of what I'm considering doing: http://picasaweb.google.com/Patrick.Hoyt/Zenith601XLBRSBrackets
One more point: Zenith said the BRS could be retrofitted onto an already completed and flying XL. This is the same thing that Sebastian told me when I spoke to him at OSH last year.
