The trim tab motor does not line up with the access hole [factory cutout] once the rod is approximately in the center of the cutout [20 -25mm out towards the i/b side].If one was to mount the motor onto the bottom skin instead then it does line up, because of the offset on the trim motor actuator. My question ? is there a r/h and a l/h version of the trim motor. Cheers

I just installed mine and it was offset also but you can still get at it if you had to. The motor is about 30mm from the rib and the rivets are about 20mm from the rib.

Cheers,
Yes, there are left and right hand trim servos. I had the same problem as you are describing. After discussing it with ZAC, I cut a larger access hole and made a larger cover.

My pre-cut Elevator access hole was offset from the servo body and lined up with the rod instead.
I found that the Aileron access hole lined-up with the servo body after I made the cutout as per the drawing dimensions but then it was slightly harder to access the clevis to install the pin, clip and washers.

Did mine exactly like Jeff's. the pictures in the manual show it offset from the access panel in a few of the pics.

Here are some pictures of my QBK servo installation. I had no problem with getting the servo lined up.
