Group,
Have any of your ever used Partsbase to locate aircraft parts? Do any
of you list your parts on Partsbase? I am doing a bit of my own market
research on their product (website). Any feedback is appreciated.
To all who responded to my request for Czech Mate contact info" Thank
you! The list is awesome in this respect.
Re: Mag timing
If you remove the magneto and rubber coupling to change its timing,
please remember to reinstall the rubber coupling in the correct
orientation. It is possible to install it upside down. There is a
deeper cut in one side of the rubber coupling (bushing). The shallower
cut couples to the drive in the engine.
I am looking at having the Russian V-530 prop overhaul manual
translated. However, this will cost approximately $2,000. I will go
ahead with the translation, if I can break even at the very least.
Please contact me offlist and let me know if you are interested in a
copy. I would like a preorder list of at least 40 people to keep the
cost reasonable. Years ago, I bought an original Yak 55 parts manual
for a large sum of money. I have not broken even on sales of that
manual, yet. This is a service to you, so please let me know and I
will do it.
Best regards,
Jill

I tried to do a little research on PARTSBASE and came up with zilch in the
stock market.
There symbol, at one time,on DJ was PRTS . That symbol now belongs to an
auto parts co.
During the time of 2000 to 2001 the stock went from above $12.00 per share
to under $2.00 per share due to a class action law suite.
Google this company and decide if its for you.
