Good Evening…
Thought it was about time to post a couple if items.. first Oshkosh.. Hope to see many of you there and we are planning on a get together at the Charcoal Pit on Thursday evening.. Hope you can make it. We are excited about this years up coming events and some releases that are happening.
Our factory fly-in is scheduled for Labor day weekend (primarily Saturday with Friday arrivals) We are looking to have a great time again and hopefully exceed last years 40 aircraft and 33 Kitfox’s. We are also considering a possibility of an air to air photo shoot opportunity of your aircraft. Please let us know if that is something that may be of interest to you. We would also like to know that you are coming as well.
Now on to the New Items: www.kitfoxaircraft.com http://kitfoxaircraft.com/New%20Items.htm
We are working on a Parts and Accessory catalog so be patient and if you are looking for something just give us a shout.
Kitfox Bush Gear: This has been a long time coming. It is currently available for the 3 and 4 models and is soon to be available for the Series 5 thru the current Super Sport.
Fuel Tanks: We have completed a year long test of new resins with our current fuel tanks and are happy to report that while one test was using 10% ethanol and the other was 85% neither had any effect on the new resins. These tanks are available and have been standard on the S7 Super Sport kits for some time. Please keep in mind that ethanol is not good on other systems either and should be avoided if possible.
LED Nav/Strobe lights: We now offer an all LED Nav/Strobe system that is all self contained and light weight.
New Seat: Series 5 thru SS Seat with pre-formed underseat storage.
Tow Bar: Fold up tow bar for nose gear aircraft.. (working on the tail wheel version) Works with or without wheel pants.
Tool Kit: for the just getting started builders…
Fly Safe !!

John,
I'm interested in your bush gear, but I have some questions:
1. Price?
2. Availability?
3. Weight?
4. Axle diameter / length? (Wheel compatibility. I use Cleveland 5", but should switch to 8" with big tires.)
5. Track?
6. Height from axle to pivot?
Thanks,
Guy Buchanan
