The density altitude was 1800' on the 10' MSL runway. But, went for a ride up over the Everglades and putt putt over the alligators at 111K, turning 2450 RPM, and drinking 5.9 GPH. (Continental O-200) This is pretty typical operation. I'm sure that others can sip less fuel etc, but I'm just pointing out what fun these airplanes can be! Go Fly! See the Dynon at THIS LINK.

Thanks for sharing. I am about to do my tests to figure out best rate of climb for my 601XL with O-200.
What speeds do AMD recommend as Vx and Vy? What climb rates do you see?
