FWIW Sensenich has this to say about repairing their ground adjustable composite propellers:
"Minor Blade Repairs:
Minor impact damage, nicks, and gouges in composite material of blade not to exceed .025
depth and or .5 square inches of surface area: Fill with high strength epoxy resin West
System 105/206 or equivalent (NOT 5 minute epoxy) thickened with aerospace filler
material, such as Colloidal Silica 406 or equivalent. Sanded smooth when dry."

I fly off of a gravel strip & repair my warp drive prop with super glue & baking soda. Cleam the loose stuff out of the nick and wet it with super glue & then sprinkle on baking soda. It will harden instantly. Blow off the excess & repeat the process until the nick is over filled slightly. Then take a file and shape it to the blade. Goes fast Works great!

When you do these repairs remember that now the prop balance is out. It needs to be rebalanced. Just buy the bubble balancer from Aircraft Spruce. Its cheap and the balance is easy. Don't beat up your gearbox and everything else. Like the old saying "Pay a little now or a lot later".
