<?xml:namespace prefix="v" /><?xml:namespace prefix="o" /><![endif]--> Hello Tex
I just viewed your email about the trim tab you built. Very Cool! It appears that you cut a section out of the trailing edge of the Elevator and bonded the hinge into the end sections. Is that correct? I like your craftsmanship. Very straight cuts! Please share your technique. I wish I had seen this about four weeks ago.
Thank Tex
Gary Pennington

Hi Gary, I was able to put the elevator on the band saw to get the straight cut and then epoxyed hard wood into the space between the skins of the elevator. The hinge is screwed into the hard wood. Tex

Does it only need to pivot in one direction? I can't tell if you can move it up and down, or only up.
