I BOUGHT A FALCON AIRSPEED INDICATOR FROM AIRCRAFT SPRUCE & SPECIALTY. AFTER INSTALING IT THE HAND READS BETWEEN  80 & 0 . WHEN I RECIVED IT IT READ 0. I WONDER IF THE HAND CAN BE ADJUSTED ? IT IS A 0 TO 80 MPH  3 & 1/8 IN. MODEL THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH IT  ANY IDEAS?
