I don't know, Walt. But Barry Hancock at Chino sells and, more importantly, will install them. I understand that it's the job from hell. bhancock(at)worldwidewarbirds.com As I reflect on it, Bill Blackwell in Deer Valley, billblackwell(at)phxinternet.net, does the same. The resident expert in NV, however, is Tom Elliot, N13472(at)aol.com. He's installed them above both front and back seats. ...Blitz

Jill,
Does LP Aero now sell stock CJ canopies? If not and they want to produce them, I have a full set of stock CJ6 canopy molds for sale. These molds are in excellent condition and were made by Gee Bee canopies of Seattle.

Always Yakin,
Doug

I would suggest you hold out for 6-8 weeks. I just spoke with George at LP Aero, a few minutes ago. I sent him a front canopy for the Yak 52. He will be manufacturing CJ-6 and Yak 52. The tooling must be made for these canopies. I assure you the quality will be excellent. They also have a new tinted glass that blocks out 99% of UVA and 100% of UVB radiation, in addition to blocking more infrared radiation than standard tinted glass. I would sit tight, if you possibly can.
