any one flying an Esqual with a Sensenich 64x53 wooden prop? on a Jabiru 3300

Hi Danny,
The Sensenich W64ZK53 is one of the props that I have tried in the past on my modified Esqual with a 3300 solid lifter engine. Actually I have tried a 64ZK51, 53, & a 54, a carbon fiber ground adjustable, a 62FK58, and am currently using a 64ZK55. The 62FK58 was slightly faster at WOT, but not at cruise rpms. None of the props I have tried "have been enough prop" as I have been able to over speed the engine's max rpm of 3300 at WOT with all of them. I am currently waiting on a 62FK60 in hopes that it will be the right prop. You would think that the ground adjustable (same diameter and blade profile as the ZK) with the pitch adjusted to 56 or so would do the trick, but for some reason it is just not at efficient at the higher rpms as the straight wooden props. With the ground adjustable adjusted to 54 inch pitch it is some 5 to 8 mph slower than a wooded 64ZK54. Where ever I sat the pitch of the ground adjustable it seemed to loose efficiency when compared to a wooded prop of the same diameter and pitch when above about 150 mph true airspeed.

thanks for the information.
I have a W64ZK53 on the shelf.
The first (and only) flight with my Esqual was with the W64ZK51.
For every change I  have to show the local FAA an airworthiness certificate of an aircraft with exactly the same configuration (meaning: engine C aircraft and prop).
That's why I'm looking for such a document and the reason for my e-mail.
 
We lost a lot of time in the paintshop but hope to have the aircraft ready by the end of November.
